Processing Time
All of our personalized products are made to order. Our current turn around time is around 20 working days from ordering. This can also change during peak seasons so please keep this in mind when placing your order to avoid any disappointment. We are more than happy to liaise with our workshop to priorities your order but no guarantee can be made. For Australia domestic orders you can also upgrade to express shipping at the checkout for a quicker delivery however this does not change processing time.

We will repair or replace manufacturing faults within a 12 month period of receiving the goods. We also cover accidental damages up to 60-days within receiving your item. Our warranty is valid against any defects in our materials and/or workmanship.
First and foremost, we recommend giving your jewellery a break every now and then. When you’re not off on an adventure, store it in your jewelry box or sealed plastic bag (included in every purchase) and wipe it with a soft cloth to buff and restore shine. Remove your jewellery when bathing, showering, or washing your hands, and do not apply any hand creams or beauty products when wearing your jewellery. We also recommend removing your jewellery when exercising, as sweat can speed up oxidization. Lastly, as much as you’ll love your jewellery, we don’t recommend sleeping in your jewellery.

To start a exchange or return, please message us from the Contact Us page or email us at hello@clublux.com.au and provide your order number.
For Australia & New Zealand returns, If your return is accepted, an Australia Post standard shipping label will be sent via email and AUD $10.60 return postage will be deducted from your refund for Australia customers and AUD $13.49 for New Zealand customers.
For Australia & New Zealand exchanges, we recommend to reorder the correct size/style and then return your item for refund. We are able to facilitate exchanges however this is a longer process as we must receive and check over the return before the exchange is processed.
If you'd like to exchange the item without reordering, please pay the correct postage otherwise Australia Post will be unable to deliver your parcel.
