What are your stones made of?
Our stones are made from conflict free materials. We don't support inhumanely mined diamonds, which is why we use high quality conflict free simulated diamonds. Simulated diamonds are man-made stones that look just like a perfect diamond and shine like crazy!
How are your stones cut?
Every one of our stones are hand-cut with precision to ensure you’re wearing the same shine and brilliance as a traditional diamond.
How are the carat sizes measured?
Fun fact: Simulated diamonds do not hold the same carat weight as traditional diamonds! We list our stones in estimated carat weight & do our best to keep these sizes accurate.
Are your rings nickel free?
Absolutely! We mean it when we say “conflict-free”. Rest assured, our pieces don’t contain any nickel or other metals that can cause common allergic reactions.
Is your jewellery plated in rhodium?
Yes, all sterling silver jewellery is plated in rhodium to give it that classic, unmistakable shine! Rhodium plating also helps give your jewelry an extra layer of protection against scratches and does not corrode or tarnish.
What is your yellow gold and rose gold jewellery made from?
Our gold and rose gold pieces are made from the same high quality 925 sterling silver and plated in either 18k gold or 18k rose gold respectively.
Will your jewellery turn my finger green?
The short answer: No! 😁
The long answer: No, our jewelry will not turn any part of your body green - We can guarantee this. If you do run into an issue with any of your pieces, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team at hello@clublux.com.au
Do you offer any customizations on your rings?
We currently do not customize any of our pieces, but feel free to check out our personalization rings collection!
Can you engrave these rings?
We do not, but you can definitely take any of our metal rings to your local jewellery store for engraving. Please note: any third party alterations to your ring/s will void your warranty.
Ring Sizing 📏
I don't know my ring size, what do I do?
Feel free to check out our ring size guide to find the best size for you! We also recommend getting sized at your local jeweller for an accurate measurement of your finger.
Can I measure my ring size at home?
Absolutely. Please refer to our ring sizing guide for number of methods.
Can I print out a sizing chart found online?
You can but we do not recommend this method, as many printers can skew the sizing due to the scaling variables of the printer being used.
How should a ring fit?
Generally, you want a ring that slides over your knuckle with a little friction, but not tight enough to where it squeezes your finger and creates what we call a “muffin top” with your skin.
Is it better to size a ring up or down?
Since our fingers tend to swell in warmer weather, it is a good rule of thumb to size up a half-size if you are truly between sizes.
What is the average ring size for women?
The average ring size for women falls between a size 5, 6 and 7!
Care and Cleaning 💖
How do I keep my jewellery in the best shape possible?
We have all the tips in detail & listed all the best cleaning & care practices here.
Can I wear my jewellery at all times?
To keep your jewellery in pristine condition, it is best to remove it during any activities such as exercising or sleeping and when handling any harsh products such as hand sanitizer. This will ensure your jewellery stays in tip top shape!
What type of products can harm my jewellery?
Remove your jewelry before applying lotion, sunscreen, & hand sanitizer. We also recommend avoiding contact with bleach, chlorine, hairspray, & other products with harsh chemicals.
Is it okay to use a jewellery cleaner to clean my jewellery?
Do not use any jewellery cleaners to care for your pieces, as these can strip the rhodium plating. We recommend using clear, mild dish soap and lukewarm water to clean your jewellery.
What do I do if my stone becomes cloudy?
Use a soft-bristle toothbrush and a bit of toothpaste to get in every crevice of your ring! This should help restore that clarity you’re looking for. If the shine just isn’t what it used to be, please reach out to our support team at hello@clublux.com.au so we can further assist.
Shipping, Returns & Warranty ✈️
Does your jewellery have a warranty?
We will repair or replace manufacturing faults within a 12 month period of receiving the goods. We also cover accidental damages up to 60-days within receiving your item. Our warranty is valid against any defects in our materials and/or workmanship.
What type of damages are covered under this warranty?
Our warranty covers any and all damages. This includes manufacturing issues, accidental damages, as well as any wear and tear your pieces may incur over time.
Is there anything that is not covered under your warranty?
Lost or stolen items are not covered under our 12 months warranty.
Where do you ship your orders from?
We ship all orders from our warehouse in beautiful Perth, Western Australia!
Who do your use for couriers?
Currently we use only Australia Post for both domestic and international orders.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do! All we need is a valid address and we will get it happen!
I just placed my order, how long does it take to ship out?
All orders are shipped out of our warehouse the same business day or the following business day from when it is placed. Please note:
We do not ship any orders on weekends or public holidays.
For personalized items there is a 20 workings days processing time in place before we can ship the item.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Check your spam holder as well and if you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 1 business day of placing your order, please reach out to us for further assistance.
What is considered a transit or business day?
Business or transit days are Monday through Friday & do not include weekends or holidays. The first transit day begins the day you receive your shipping notification. If your order ships on a Monday, then Monday to Tuesday is considered the first transit day, Tuesday to Wednesday is considered the second transit day, and so on. Please note: Transit times are estimated and not guaranteed.
My shipment is delayed, what should I do?
We are very sorry to hear this! Shipping carriers may experience delays due to holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order has not received any tracking updates after 5 business days, please reach out to us at hello@clublux.com.au so we can look further into this for you.
I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange my item?
Yes, you can exchange any new or unworn item up to 30 days from your original order's delivery date.
When will I receive my new exchange order?
For Australia & New Zealand exchanges, we recommend to reorder the correct size/style and then return your item for refund. We are able to facilitate exchanges however this is a longer process as we must receive and check over the return before the exchange is processed.
If you'd like to exchange the item without reordering, please pay the correct postage otherwise Australia Post will be unable to deliver your parcel.
Can I send my newly purchased item back for a refund?
Yes, you may send any new or unworn item/s back for a refund up to 30 days from your original order's delivery date. Feel free to visit our returns page here for more information. Please note: any items listed under “FINAL CLEARANCE” are non-refundable.
How long will it take before I receive my refund?
Once your return package has been received, we please ask that you allow our returns department 2-4 business days to process and send your refund confirmation email. Once processed, it will take your bank roughly 3-5 business days to display the funds in your account. Please note: Shop Pay refunds may take up to two weeks to receive back to your bank account.
How long do I have to return my items for a refund?
You have 30 days from the original order delivery date to send your item back for a refund. The return package must contain a postmark date within the 30-day window to qualify for a refund. Outside this window an equal amount of store credit will be provided.
Are return labels provided for returns?
For Australia & New Zealand returns, If your return is accepted, an Australia Post standard shipping label will be sent via email and AUD $10.60 return postage will be deducted from your refund for Australia customers and AUD $13.49 for New Zealand customers.
Please note: we do not charge restocking fee.
I placed the order and paid with my credit card, can the refund be deposited into my bank account?
No. We can only refund back to your original payment method.
