We will repair or replace manufacturing faults within a 12 month period of receiving the goods. We also cover accidental damages up to 60-days within receiving your item. Our warranty is valid against any defects in our materials and/or workmanship.

First and foremost, we recommend giving your jewellery a break every now and then. When you’re not off on an adventure, store it in your jewelry box or sealed plastic bag (included in every purchase) and wipe it with a soft cloth to buff and restore shine. Remove your jewellery when bathing, showering, or washing your hands, and do not apply any hand creams or beauty products when wearing your jewellery. We also recommend removing your jewellery when exercising, as sweat can speed up oxidization. Lastly, as much as you’ll love your jewellery, we don’t recommend sleeping in your jewellery.

To start a exchange or return, please message us from the Contact Us page or email us at hello@clublux.com.au and provide your order number.

For Australia returns, you can either choose to send back the return yourself or we can provide you with a postage label. Returns cost $9.60 (AUD), will be deducted and retained from your overall refund amount to help cover the cost of getting the goods back to us if you choose the latter option.

For New Zealand returns, as we are unable to issue you with an Australia Post return shipping label, please get in touch with us for the return address and lodge your return at your local NZ post offices.

For UK returns, a UK domestic address will be provided.

For US & Canada returns, a US domestic address will be provided.

Please lodge your return within 48 hours of the return label being provided via email. (Exclude public holidays and weekends)

For Australia & New Zealand exchanges, we recommend to reorder the correct size/style and then return your item for refund. We are able to facilitate exchanges however this is a longer process as we must receive and check over the return before the exchange is processed.

If you'd like to exchange the item without reordering, please pay the correct postage otherwise Australia Post will be unable to deliver your parcel.
