Method 1: Measure your Existing Ring

1. Grab ring that you already own which fit your desired finger well.

2. Lay ring on top of ruler, and measure the widest distance inside ring from inner edge to inner edge. Round to the nearest whole millimeter.

3. Please refer to the measurement below to determine your ring size:

16mm (internal diameter ) - size 6

17mm (internal diameter ) - size 7

18mm (internal diameter ) - size 8

19mm (internal diameter ) - size 9

eg. The photo shows that the diameter equals 1.7cm which is 17mm - the ring size is basically the last digit of the measurement meaning the ring is a Size 7.

Method 2: Measure your Finger

1. Cut a long strip of paper that is 5mm wide.

2. Wrap strip of paper around the base of desired finger. For the most accurate result, pull paper at tight as possible.

(Don’t worry! The correct ring size is determined based on a tight measurement, the ring itself won’t fit that tight.)

3: Make sure the paper is evenly overlapped and pulled tight, and mark where the strip of paper meet itself.

4: Measure the length of the strip of paper in millimetres.

5: Use the below chart to determine your ring size

Tips

We use standard US sizing. If you already know your size, please use the ring size chart above to determine your size in US sizing.

Please measure your finger when they are warm as cold fingers will measure smaller.
Alcohol and salt can make your finger swell, so refrain from measuring them after cocktails and appetisers.
If you are unsure about your size, please get in touch with us before making an order.

Stackable Bands

When in doubt, please size up. Many of our bands are thicker, which may make the piece feel more snug. The more you stack, the tighter the rings will feel.

Engagement Rings

If you are truly in between sizes, please size down. A bigger center stone can throw off the weight distribution and can cause the ring to swivel around your finger if it is too large.

Adjustable Rings

1. One ring usually fits all size from US 5-9. (Don't worry about size anymore. It adjusts to your finger's unique shape and prevents sliding and rotating.)

2. Wear on all your fingers.

3. Great solution for large knuckles (Solves the issue with large knuckles, swollen fingers and arthritis.)

4. Stackable rings (If you want to wear the ring halfway on your finger, also known as a knuckle ring or midi ring, you can adjust the size of the ring to fit the front part of your finger perfectly to prevent it from sliding down your finger.)

We will repair or replace manufacturing faults within a 12 month period of receiving the goods. We also cover accidental damages up to 60-days within receiving your item. Our warranty is valid against any defects in our materials and/or workmanship.

Jewellery Care & Maintenance

First and foremost, we recommend giving your jewellery a break every now and then. When you’re not off on an adventure, store it in your jewelry box or sealed plastic bag (included in every purchase) and wipe it with a soft cloth to buff and restore shine. Remove your jewellery when bathing, showering, or washing your hands, and do not apply any hand creams or beauty products when wearing your jewellery. We also recommend removing your jewellery when exercising, as sweat can speed up oxidization. Lastly, as much as you’ll love your jewellery, we don’t recommend sleeping in your jewellery.

Exchange & Return Policy

To start a exchange or return, please message us from the Contact Us page or email us at hello@clublux.com.au and provide your order number.

For Australia returns, you can either choose to send back the return yourself or we can provide you with a postage label. Returns cost $9.60 (AUD), will be deducted and retained from your overall refund amount to help cover the cost of getting the goods back to us if you choose the latter option.

For New Zealand returns, as we are unable to issue you with an Australia Post return shipping label, please get in touch with us for the return address and lodge your return at your local NZ post offices.

For UK returns, a UK domestic address will be provided.

For US & Canada returns, a US domestic address will be provided.

Please lodge your return within 48 hours of the return label being provided via email. (Exclude public holidays and weekends)

For Australia & New Zealand exchanges, we recommend to reorder the correct size/style and then return your item for refund. We are able to facilitate exchanges however this is a longer process as we must receive and check over the return before the exchange is processed.

If you'd like to exchange the item without reordering, please pay the correct postage otherwise Australia Post will be unable to deliver your parcel.

Stunning

I’ve been toying with this for sometime as I have a lab grown diamond engagement ring but I do like my bling and sparkle. The pictures don’t do it justice and I wore it in place of my ( soon to be retired) engagement ring out for a meal the other night and had so many compliments! I love it as it’s not that far out of reach for a normal ring ( it’s not so big and blingy it looks totally fake!).
I’m over the moon with the service, speed and of course my new ring, it’s a piece that will travel with me and will stand the test of time!

It's a good sized band (width). The shape of the stone is pretty. The playing has already started coming off on the back. Ive taken it off every time I've showered and slept. The playing on the back has still rubbed off which is extremely disappointing considering how much it was. Luckily it's just the back which noone see's. Quite upsetting though.

Update* I'm changing my rating. That was the swiftest response I've ever seen from a company and moreover than that; Club Lux is completely correct. They do in fact state that if it's a daily ring to upgrade to the vermilion ring but I just didn't see it at the time which isn't at all the fault of the company. It's very clearly placed and I wasn't paying attention. In case it wasn't clear, it's a gorgeous ring. But now I know about the plating, I'll definitely be coming back to Club Lux for my upgrade. The prices are so gosh dang reasonable. Thanks Club Lux.
