We will repair or replace manufacturing faults within a 12 month period of receiving the goods. We also cover accidental damages up to 60-days within receiving your item. Our warranty is valid against any defects in our materials and/or workmanship.
First and foremost, we recommend giving your jewellery a break every now and then. When you’re not off on an adventure, store it in your jewelry box or sealed plastic bag (included in every purchase) and wipe it with a soft cloth to buff and restore shine. Remove your jewellery when bathing, showering, or washing your hands, and do not apply any hand creams or beauty products when wearing your jewellery. We also recommend removing your jewellery when exercising, as sweat can speed up oxidization. Lastly, as much as you’ll love your jewellery, we don’t recommend sleeping in your jewellery.

As your personalized jewellery is designed exclusively and since it was only intended for you as the end customer, this type of jewellery will not be eligible for a exchange or refund, with the only exception if the product has been made incorrectly.
